Basic Information FAQ
What time is your office hours?
Office hours are from 9am-5pm Monday thru Friday. That is the time all phone bookings can be taken. If you would like to book a session after our office hours no worries, you can book on our website at any time with our new booking feature by just clicking on the "book now" button on the home page. PLEASE NOTE: NO PHONE BOOKINGS WILL BE TAKEN AFTER OFFICE HOURS. Also, keep in mind office hours and business hours are not the same. while office hours are only 9-5, recording sessions can be booked for later times.
What's included in recording session?
A basic recording session includes us preparing the session in Protools with the required microphone, and other equipment needed for the session before the client arrives. The engineer will not act as a producer unless asked to do so. In which case a producers split of 5 percent will have to be negotiated.
If I'm late, will I still be charged full price?
Unfortunately, you will be charged for the hours booked . All bookings will require 50% deposit that is not refundable if you don't show up for the session. However, it can be credited towards another session at a later time.

How's the price of a mix determined?
A basic mix is $125 per song. However, the price of a more complex mix is calculated based on what is required. For example, if there's multiple tracks that's out of tune, if there is more than ten tracks in the session. Basically, anything that requires special attention will be used to determine the price. We offer three mix revisions with all prices. ONLY THREE!!!
How do I get a quote for video or mixing service?

How do I purchase/lease a beat?
